Senior Quality Assurance Engineer AerospaceWe re working with a well-established aerospace manufacturer and supplier who are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen their team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the QA function, lead compliance activities, and embed a culture of continuous improvement within an AS9100-certified environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA function, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and documentation. Conduct internal/external audits, root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions. Act as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality matters. Mentor and support QA team members to build capability and best practice. Analyse quality data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management. Support new product introduction and process validation activities. Requirements: Proven background in a senior QA role within an aerospace environment. Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and related aerospace standards. Experience in auditing, problem solving, and data analysis. Confident communicator with leadership skills and stakeholder management experience. AS9100 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
