Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and optimise CRM and marketing databases to support targeted B2B outreach and lead generation. Conduct detailed research to identify niche industry segments and build high-quality data lists across international markets. Work closely with senior leadership, marketing and sales teams to support data-driven marketing strategies. Segment, clean and enrich data to ensure accuracy, relevance and strong campaign performance. Monitor and maintain GDPR compliance, ensuring all data collection and processing meets regulatory standards. Use analytical insights to inform marketing activity, improve data quality and support commercial decision-making. Manage database projects from initial research through to implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and data is delivered to a high standard. Support the creation and optimisation of email marketing campaigns through high-quality data selection and list management.
