Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day operations working on BAU tickets including Incidents, Work Orders, Problems, BAU Improvements and projects work on a rotation basis every 2 months. Senior role will predominantly BAU. It will be primary focus for a period to gain understanding of the estate, including any support of the daily operational meetings and service management support around any service impacting tickets. Also attending weekly technical meetings and attendance at capacity forum.The applicant would be expected to further their own skills through on-the-job training and self-study alongside formal study and the assimilation of knowledge from engineers within the team. The role demands high levels of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure in a controlled and structured environment using recognised ITIL and project management principles, such as waterfall and Agile.
