This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of fruit quality.Pay rate: 13.40 per hourShift Patterns: Sunday - Thursday Tuesday - SaturdayStart time: 7:30 AM until finish (up to 12 hours depending on workload)Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a production line, ensuring efficient operations Set up the line as required and supervise staff to maintain productivity Ensure sufficient product and packaging are available throughout the shift Conduct and oversee quality checks, reporting any issues promptly Monitor and promote production KPIs and operational targets Supervise and provide training to agency workers Manage label sign-off and return label processes Accurately report job information using Prophet software Verify completion and accuracy of machine operator paperwork.
