The Electrical CAD Engineer Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership andtechnical coordination of Kenda Electronic Systems Ltd.''s Electrical CAD team. The role manages, develops andsupports engineers across trainee, intermediate, competent and senior levels, creating a consistent, high-performing design function. The post-holder will translate business and project priorities into clear team plans;allocate and monitor workloads; oversee delivery against programme, cost and quality requirements; and ensureelectrical schematics, wiring diagrams, general arrangements, bills of materials and supporting design informationare accurate, controlled and suitable for manufacture. Working closely with Project Management, Production,Commercial and other internal stakeholders, the Team Leader will resolve technical issues, manage designinterfaces and ensure solutions meet customer requirements, contractual specifications, applicable standards andKenda procedures.
