You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to meet business objectives.
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment.
• Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Managing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Monitoring brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and communications.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

• Previous experience in the FMCG beauty industry, with Luxury experience being desirable
• Trade/Shopper marketing experience
• A strong understanding of market analysis and consumer behaviour.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
