Responsibilities and duties of the Solar Technician role Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader you will:Ensure the best performance of large-scale renewable energy assetsPerform operations and maintenance duties across the portfolio of solar and battery storage sitesEnsure adherence to all HSE requirements when completing your dutiesTest both DC and AC systems, looking for faults and tracing issuesConduct firmware updates and use computer systems to look for issues with the assetsConsistent inspection, maintenance and testing of the systemsLooking for trends and using data analysis to see if you can spot any common trends and suggest ways to improve operations as a resultOccasional electrical works across the site including the welfare cabins and other associated electricsOccasional working way from your patch/area and be ..... full job details .....
