My client is a progressive IFA / Wealth Management company, with a reputation as a great place to work. They are looking for a meticulous and organised IFA Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess excellent time management skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience in financial services or financial planning is advantageous. You must have used Intelligent Office and be confident using it. You will be required to work in collaboration with Financial Advisers and other colleagues to process new and existing business, while also providing full administrative support in accordance with administrative processes.This will include:Client ReviewsProcessing of new businessPreparation of Compliance/ Provider documentationFund SwitchesPlan Withdrawals,Obtaining fund values from ProvidersAnswering client queries The role will involve promoting the company''s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner. The ideal candidate will have: A good understanding of the Financial Planning processAble to prioritise and plan own workloadDetailed and accurateArticulateExcellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyGood IT skills- Intelligent OfficeGood report writing skills This is a full time role which requires 5 days a week in the office based in Taunton.
