Your new role
As financial advisor, you will manage client relationships, carrying out regular reviews and ensuring all advice meets FCA regulatory standards. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you will play a key role in delivering positive client outcomes while contributing to overall business growth. You will conduct detailed fact-findings to understand individual circumstances, goals, and assess risk, before recommending appropriate solutions.

What you''ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified financial advisor. You will be comfortable building relationships and speaking to people daily. You will also need a solid understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively. You will generate new clients via: networking, referrals, achieving revenue targets.

What you''ll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of -50,000 and the opportunity to earn up to -95,000 (OTE). You will also be entitled to an excellent benefits package and the chance to work for an organisation full of opportunities for professional development and career progression. This is a fully office-based role - London.
