Key Responsibilities
Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at DeelPerform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediationBuild and nurture working relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teamsBuild industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environmentBe part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people around the world
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Product Management rolePresented as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 yearsExperience building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-typesExperience with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerationsProven success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)Strong understanding of frameworks and how to scale functions across platformsSystems thinker with a pragmatic approach to solving highly complex problemsPreferably based in EMEA timezone or within +/- 3-4 hours
