Duties:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the service department
- Manage customer appointments and liaise with technicians
- Provide accurate quotes and explain vehicle repairs or services
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from arrival to collection
- Maintain accurate documentation and update service records
- Upsell additional services where appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Specification:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
- Proficient with motor trade IT systems or comparable software
- Automotive or service industry qualifications are desirable
- Previous experience within a busy dealership or independent garage is advantageous
- Reside within 30 minutes of South West Guildford
- Full-time availability, flexible to work Monday to Friday
