We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter, Multi-Trader or competent Handyman for a residential refurbishment project in the Burgess Hill area of West Sussex.

The work will involve removing existing skirting boards and architraves and replacing them with new, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout.

• Removing existing skirting boards and architraves

• Measuring, cutting and fitting new skirting and architraves

• Completing all work to a high standard, with neat joints and finishes

• Keeping the working area clean and tidy

• Previous experience in carpentry, particularly second fix and finishing works

• Competent handymen and multi-traders with relevant experience will also be considered

• Must have own tools, including a Paslode or equivalent nail gun

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently

• Available to start Monday

• £220 per day

• One week's work
