Tipper company based in Hetton is requiring an experience 7.5t Tipper Driver to work between, Gatehead, Duham and Sunderland Councils. The 7.5t Tipper driver will be carrying dolomite, hardcore or tar, and if on the tar job, the driver must clean the back of the tipper out thoroughly when on site or at the councils yard. Start time for the 7.5t Tipper Driver is 6.45am and they only work Monday to Friday with no weekends involved at all, some drivers maybe required to tow a trailer on the back of the wagon with an excavator on, so towing experience is an advantage but not essential. Applicants should ideally have previous 7.5t Tipper experience, with no more than 6 points, with NO DD/DR offences on their licence, along with a valid CPC and Digital tachograph. The hourly rates for this job are 12.75 per hour for the first 8 hours worked and 19.12 per hour for any overtime worked, and a guaranteed 8 hours each day. In addition all 7.5t Tipper drivers will also accrue holiday pay on a weekly basis, this is NOT included in the hourly rate, it is in addtion to the rate. With this being agency work, it will not be suitable for 7.5t drivers who are in permanent employment, despite this being regular work.
