We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business undergoing a major site modernisation and automation programme. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a high-impact transformation project introducing new machinery, upgrading existing systems, driving new processes and procedures, and managing all contractor activity on site.This role will suit a hands-on leader with proven experience in factory automation, engineering project delivery, or site upgrades within a manufacturing environment.As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full end-to-end upgrade of the facility, ensuring the site is modernised safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
