To help bring this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced Chef Consultant who can blend creativity with operational expertise. This is a rare opportunity to define the culinary and operational foundations of a concept that aims to reimagine Indian quick-service dining. The Role As Chef Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the full culinary direction of the brand. Your work will shape the menu, methods, operational flow, and ultimately the customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and refine a range of Indian-inspired fast food dishes that are authentic, exciting, and scalable.Create detailed recipes, technical sheets, portion sizes, yields, and costings for each item.Recommend kitchen equipment and machinery suited to a high-volume, fast food environment.Support the creation of operational manuals, kitchen layouts, and workflow processes.Work closely with branding and operations teams to ensure the concept is efficient, deliverable, and true to its Indian roots.Assist in building an ingredient supply chain and ensuring menu consistency for future sites.
