Take responsibility for complex and high-profile ASB cases, ensuring a fair, proportionate, and victim-focused approach. Lead, motivate, and support the ASB team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. Encourage creative problem-solving and fresh ideas to improve community safety and service delivery. Use data analysis, performance monitoring, and root-cause insights to drive continuous improvement across the service. Ensure all work complies with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards. Represent PA Housing at key meetings, panels, and multi-agency forums. Promote strong resident engagement, ensuring their experiences and feedback shape local safety and ASB strategies.
