Private Client Paralegal

The firm has a longstanding presence in the local community and is recognised for its supportive culture, excellent staff retention, and clear opportunities for career progression.The successful candidate will join a busy and growing Private Client team, supporting solicitors across a broad range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, Estate Administration, and related private client work.The RoleThis is a full-time, office-based position offering exposure to high-quality private client work. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and progressing a small caseload under supervision, with scope for increased responsibility over timeDrafting legal documents, correspondence and supporting documentationGathering, reviewing and analysing client information and documentation.Conducting legal and factual research as requiredLiaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other third partiesMaintaining accurate file records and updating case management systemsCandidate RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants should have:A minimum of 12 months'' experience within a Private Client, Wills and ProbatePrevious experience supporting matters relating to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and LPAsStrong legal document ..... full job details .....
