Dispatch Operative

-13.00 (37.5 hours per week)

Bedford

Shifts: Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

We are looking for staff to work in the busy Dispatch department of a global, manufacturing company in Bedford.

Training is provided and experience in a similar environment is an advantage.

Key tasks:

• Duties include the secure packaging of equipment before they are shipped to customers worldwide.
• Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy.
• While the work environment is busy with an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere, there is also pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Skills and Experience

• Applicants need good communication skills and must be team players.
• There is a physical aspect to the job which requires being on your feet all day.
• We are looking for enthusiastic people who have a positive, can-do attitude.

These positions begin on a temporary, full-time basis but there are opportunities to secure permanent employment.
