Summary
My client is seeking a reliable and skilled Labourer to join a site-based team on a 1-year contract in Gosport.


The successful candidate will undertake general labouring duties including housekeeping and moving Heras fencing around the site as required.


The role also involves the use of small power tools and hand tools to carry out minor timber works when needed. This position requires a hands-on individual who can work safely and efficiently within a busy site environment, maintaining a tidy and organised workspace at all times.


Key Responsibilities
Perform general labouring tasks such as site housekeeping and material handling
Move and position Heras fencing around the site as directed
Use small power tools and hand tools for minor timber works
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Follow all health and safety procedures and site instructions
Support the site team with additional duties as required


Pay: andpound;14 per hour PAYE or andpound;18.50 per hour umbrella


Skills
General labouring experience
Ability to use small power tools and hand tools
Experience in moving and erecting Heras fencing
Good understanding of site safety and housekeeping
Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic timber work skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic

Certifications andamp; Standards
Blue Skilled CSCS card (required)
