Key responsibilities as a HR Advisor include: Employee Relations and Performance Managing disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other employee relations cases. Advising managers on performance management and supporting performance improvement plans. Conducting investigations and providing practical HR guidance in line with employment law and company policy. Recruitment and Development Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing and candidate assessment. Coordinating learning and development initiatives and maintaining training records.
