Learning Support Assistant (1:1) - Part Time (Wednesday and Thursday)Chelmsford, Essex Driving Licence RequiredWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student at a specialist SEN College in Chelmsford. This is a part-time role, required on Wednesdays and Thursdays, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment.This student in particular has an interest in Star Wars, Local Tearooms, History and Stationary.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs. Assist with learning activities, personal development, and engagement. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.Requirements: Previous experience supporting students with SEN is desirable. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
