This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology consultancy where you''ll move beyond traditional support and gain hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects, cloud deployments and client solutions. As a smaller, ambitious business, you''ll be given far greater exposure than you might find in a larger organisation. Working closely with experienced consultants and senior engineers, you''ll play an active role across a variety of client projects while continuing to develop your technical skills. This role would suit somebody with a solid 2nd Line Support background who is keen to progress into infrastructure, projects and technical consultancy. Responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of infrastructure and networking projects. Assisting with the installation and configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless networks. Supporting cloud migrations and client onboarding projects. Assisting with data migration and implementation projects. Providing 2nd Line technical support to business clients. Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows and network-related issues. Working alongside senior engineers on client deployments.
