This role will suit someone with hands-on engineering experience who is comfortable working across production, assembly and project teams and is looking to develop their career within manufacturing engineering. You will be supported by a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and will contribute to both new product introduction and improvements to existing processes. Key Responsibilities Support the design and improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes. Assist with new product introduction from early concept through to production. Work with production, assembly and maintenance teams to deliver practical engineering solutions. Support DfM and DfA activities to ensure products are suitable for manufacture and assembly. Assist with equipment selection, installation and process trials. Help improve existing operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost. Support basic change control and engineering documentation where required. Skills and Experience we are looking for from applicants: Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
