Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills, alongside excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships. A willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential, as is a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction and staff development.
