Rg setsquare actively hiring for below position: Job Title: Painter and DecoratorLocation: Salisbury (SP4) Job PurposeTo prepare, repair, and decorate internal and external surfaces to a high professional standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements and company quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for decoration by cleaning, sanding, filling, stripping, and repairing as required.Carry out making good works, including filling cracks and holes, repairing damaged plaster, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for decoration.Apply paint, varnish, stain, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to internal and external surfaces.Protect surrounding areas, fixtures, fittings, and furniture before commencing work.Select and mix paints and finishes to achieve the required colour and finish.Use brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and other decorating tools safely and effectively.Complete external decorating works, including preparation and painting of masonry, woodwork, metalwork, fences, and other exterior surfaces.Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including the safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout each project.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and rectify any defects where necessary.Communicate professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.Accurately estimate ..... full job details .....
