Service Delivery Coordinator - Permanent / Full-time (5 days a week on site) - Coleshill Telecommunications / Logistics Key skills / responsibilities: Support the Service Delivery Team in achieving high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency. Coordinate the flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service continuity. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners. Assist with the training and development of junior team members. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Our client provides a managed services solution for comprehensive materials within telecoms. They are currently searching for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
