Chartered Surveyor – Suffolk

£35,000–£45,000 + benefits

A respected and expanding professional practice in Suffolk is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to join its busy team. This is a key role for someone with strong development-land experience who enjoys working closely with landowners, stakeholders and long-standing clients.

You’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality professional advice, with responsibilities including:

• Handling option and promotion agreements for residential and commercial development land

• Advising clients on site assembly, land promotion strategies and option structures

• Preparing clear, detailed and commercially focused reports for landowners and stakeholders

• Supporting ongoing projects while also identifying and generating new opportunities

• RICS qualification (MRICS)

• Proven experience working with development land, agreements and land promotion

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate confidently

• An ambitious, proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required

• A commitment to delivering a high standard of professional service

• Salary between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience
