Key ResponsibilitiesAs Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of projects, including: Analysing drawings, specifications, and scopes to prepare detailed and accurate cost plansProducing competitive tenders covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontract packagesLeading the preparation and submission of ITTs, PQQs, and tender documentationSourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best valuePresenting bids to clients, attending interviews, and responding to commercial clarificationsManaging risk, value engineering, and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecyclePricing and negotiating variations with Contract AdministratorsPreparing, negotiating, and agreeing final accountsAssessing subcontractor tenders and awarding pack
