The Role:We are looking for a caring, confident leader with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for supporting young children, to work as a Room Leader within one of partner Nurseries in Northamtpon.As Room Leader for the 0-2s, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the baby and toddler room. You''ll lead a small team to provide a calm, loving, and stimulating environment, supporting each child''s physical, emotional, and developmental milestones.
