You will be the
Capital Modelling Analyst . You will assist in the calculation of Economic Capital and model use requirements across the Lloyd’s Syndicate and Group Capital Model. The role reports directly to the Head of Internal Modelling.Your responsibilities will include:Provide support across both the Lloyd’s Syndicate and Group capital models where required.Support the calculation of capital requirements for the Syndicate in line with the Lloyd’s capital setting process.Support the capital calculation process and model uses for the Group model.Support efforts to communicate and present results Stakeholders across theSiriusPointGroup.Support efforts to develop the Capital Model to reflect business and regulatory needsAny other duties as reasonably requiredUnited behind common goals

+2 years General Insurance experience with good progress on Actuarial ExamsExcellent academic record and degree level qualificationsExperience in Capital modellingExcellent communications skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesKnowledge of Lloyd’s and regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II an advantageAbility to create processes with a keen eye on efficiencyThe ability to collaborate and develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders and other team membersStrong ability to build relationships and communicate results with Stakeholders across the Group, while handling model development and the building of processes.Effective time management skills and a willingness to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, in a rapidly changing environmentA keen focus on accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAdvanced Excel skillsAptitude for coding is an advantageKnowledge of Igloo or Tyche an advantageWhy Should You Join SiriusPoint?
