Spanning a 6 to 12-month term, this contract will see you take full ownership of mechanical installations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards from pre-construction through to final handover.Key Responsibilities Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day mechanical site activities, ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and building regulations. Health and Safety: Maintain strict site safety compliance, review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Schemes), and lead regular toolbox talks and safety audits. Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate mechanical sub-contractors, monitoring their site productivity and progress against the master program. Quality and Commissioning: Conduct rigorous quality inspections and oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover documentation processes.
