Preconstruction ManagerMidlandsUp to 110,000 plus company packagePermanentThe OpportunityWe are working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their growing Midlands regional team.This is a key senior position within the business, supporting the development and successful delivery of tenders across a range of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the Midlands.The successful candidate will combine strong technical construction knowledge with preconstruction and tender management experience, working closely with estimating, commercial, planning, design, procurement and operational teams to develop competitive, technically robust and deliverable bids.The RoleAs Preconstruction Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating and managing the preconstruction process from initial opportunity through to tender submission and contract award.Key responsibilities include:Managing the preconstruction and tender process from enquiry through to submission.Leading multidisciplinary tender teams across estimating, commercial, design, planning, procurement and operations.Developing effective and competitive tender strategies.Reviewing tender documentation, specifications, drawings and project requirements.Providing technical input into tenders, construction methodologies and delivery strategies.Assessing project buildability, logistics, sequencing and construction ..... full job details .....
