The ideal candidate will have experience in first fix repairs and maintenance and competent in providing carpentry, plumbing and wet trades The candidate must hold a with a full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points Ideally will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including planned and reactive maintenance in Social Housing and hold a relevant NVQ.
