This is a high impact role, working closely with senior leadership to deliver financial insight, support strategic decision making and drive business performance across the region.This opportunity offers broad exposure across commercial finance, with responsibility for FPandA and business partnering, alongside involvement in systems and process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting and long term planning, including the annual budget cycleDeliver high quality commercial reporting with clear insight into financial and operational performanceProvide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve performanceBuild and maintain financial models to support pricing, investment decisions and new business opportunitiesPartner with commercial and operational teams to drive decision making and profitabilityEvaluate customer performance, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiativesSupport scenario planning, business cases and ad hoc financial analysisDrive improvements in reporting, systems and processes, including automation and data visualisationContribute to external reporting including audit and ESG, and support finance transformation initiative
