This role is crucial for providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of projects, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of their applications.Day-to-day of the role:Act as a central coordinator for correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication to support the delivery of design work within the team.Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates and assisting with the coordination of their projects.Support the team with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Liaise with customers, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), and other Network Operators to facilitate clear communication and effective project coordination.Raise and process payment requests associated with project-related work.Process customer applications, including Point of Connection, Embedded Generation, and Electric Vehicle (EV) applications.Coordinate and maintain records of Bilateral Connection Agreements for new connections.Undertake any additional duties as required by the line manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:GCSE (or equivalent) in English, MathematicsPrevious experience engaging with customers in a professional envir
