They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!You will be involved in:Set, operate, and maintain high-precision CNC Milling machines in a fast-paced, RandD-oriented shopBe comfortable on multi-axis milling centresDesign machining processes, select and optimize tooling, write G-code, and oversee production of high-value, low-volume parts and one-offsParticipate in daily shop briefings to discuss objectives, issues, and improvement ideasMentoring apprentices, collaborating closely with engineering and tooling suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiativesYour skillset may include:Programming, set up, and running in multi-axis machining methods (3, 4, and 5 axis)Skilled in using Heidenheim, Fanuc, and Siemens controls; Edit CNC programs, set fixtures and tooling, proving out and operating CNC multi-axis machines to produce R and D and production component partsMaking work offset, tooling, and program adjustments Working to ..... full job details .....
