Chef de Partie Hotel

We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our client, a country house hotel set in landscaped gardens, within walking distance of The Kelpies on the outskirts of Grangemouth and Falkirk.Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the company''s standards and menu specifications.Assist in the development and presentation of culinary creations, maintaining consistency and quality.Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team with daily operations and special projects.Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste to ensure cost-effective operations.Maintain a keen eye for detail in food presentation and quality assurance.Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy kitchen environment.Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with flexible approachWe understand that the right opportunity can be transformative.
