An established, design-focused architectural practice in Northampton is looking for a Newly Qualified Architect (RIBA Part 3) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified architect eager to contribute to a varied portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and educational sectors.

What you''ll be doing:

• Assist in the design and development of projects from concept through to completion

• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations using industry-standard software

• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and regulations

• Incorporate sustainable, innovative design principles throughout your work

• Keep abreast of evolving industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies

• Present ideas and project updates clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders

What we''re looking for:

• RIBA Part 3 qualified (or recently qualified with ARB registration pending)

• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction techniques

• Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail and visual presentation skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple deadlines effectively

• Passionate about sustainable, forward-thinking design
