We are looking for a highly motivated Building Surveyor (MRICS, MCIOB) or significant demonstrable experience in retail building surveying with a successful track record in managing repair, refurbishment, and fit-out projects within an extensive property portfolio to join our team. As our Regional Building Surveyor, you''ll manage our Retail Division''s property portfolio in the South East region, spanning 220+ leasehold shops and stores. Your region will cover the South East, of England including parts of East Anglia, London and the home counties, Southampton and east along the coast.
