This is a varied, hands-on role combining workshop-based engineering with customer site support. You''ll be involved in everything from machine assembly and installation through to commissioning, fault finding, preventative maintenance and customer training. You''ll work directly with customers across the UK and internationally, helping them get the best possible performance, reliability and uptime from their equipment. What You''ll Be Doing Field Service and Customer Support Install, commission and validate new machinery at customer sites. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system faults. Investigate machine performance issues and identify practical, effective solutions.
