Interim Leveraged/Asset Finance Lawyer opportunities with two confidential clients. Start date in November/December 2025. These can be fully remote. Timeframe: 6–12 months. Reasonable hours: 9–6pm.Key components of the role

Advising members of the business on structuring, drafting and negotiating asset finance documentation, including leasing, hire purchase, sale and leaseback, and refinancing transactions.Updating existing financing templates used by the business. Formulating policy documents and working with external counsel on transaction structures.Reviewing project finance documentation for participation in syndicated senior credit facilities.Please contact:
