Project Engineer - Somerset - Competitive Salary + Bonus Full-Time Permanent Office and Site Based The Opportunity An established engineering company specialising in industrial process and water treatment systems is looking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer to manage projects from concept through to installation and commissioning. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you''ll take responsibility for delivering technically challenging projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment while contributing to projects across a range of industrial sectors. The position is primarily office-based in Somerset, with occasional travel to customer and supplier sites. The Role You''ll oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, including defining project scope, producing technical documentation, coordinating designs, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful manufacture, installation and commissioning. Working with internal engineering teams, suppliers and contractors, you''ll monitor progress, resolve technical issues, manage project risks and maintain clear communication with customers throughout each stage of delivery.
