Location: WrexhamStart Date: Within the next few weeksDuration: OngoingSector: Volume HousebuildingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join a well-established volume housebuilder on a residential development in Wrexham.This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable Site Manager with proven experience in timber frame housebuilding who can confidently manage site operations, maintain high standards of quality and health and safety, and ensure the development progresses in line with programme.The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised and committed to delivering a high-quality finished product while managing subcontractors and site teams effectively.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring homes are built safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.Overseeing the construction of timber frame homes from build stages through to completion.Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained across site.Monitoring build progress and driving the programme forward.Carrying out regular quality inspections and managing snagging and defects.Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring compliance with building regulations and company procedures.Working closely with the wider construction team to ensure targets are achieved.Taking ..... full job details .....
