The role is Hybrid, with 4 days a week required in Matlock, and 1 day WFH. Salary up to c 55000 DOE. About the RoleReporting directly into the Managing Director, and acting as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, you will manage a small team of 2. This is the perfect blend of strategic and operational elements, offering variety across both the manufacturing and office areas of the business, responsible for driving a commercial, people centred HR function. The post holder will be responsible for delivering the People and Culture strategy, aligning to business objectives, across a unionised manufacturing environment. Build credibility, and strong long lasting relationships across the management teams and wider workforce Lead in all internal communications, systems and data management Develop robust policies and processes with strong employment law knowledge Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management. Coach leaders at all levels, supporting in capability and performance issues - Designing and
