The pupils have generally good behaviour, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging, meaningful and individualised learning experiences in a structured and nurturing environment.You will:Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils'' individual needs.Support pupils with complex learning needs, including ASD.Create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals.Support pupils'' communication, social development and independence.Monitor progress and adapt learning to meet individual EHCP targets.The Ideal CandidateHolds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Has experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD and complex needs.Is patient, nurturing, adaptable and enthusiastic.Has a good understanding of differentiated teaching and individual learning plans.Is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.Can build positive relationships ..... full job details .....
