Your new roleAs Contracts Manager, you''ll be the commercial cornerstone of installation projects, ensuring financial accuracy, contractual compliance and risk mitigation. You''ll manage cost control, subcontract agreements and provide technical input to support successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and negotiating subcontracts to secure favourable termsManaging project cashflow, forecasting and financial risk exposurePreparing and submitting accurate payment applications and final accountsPerforming drawing take-offs, technical calculations and liaising with engineersDriving operational efficiency and promoting Lean principlesSupporting team development through training and mentoring.
