With a longstanding workforce and excellent working environment, they are now looking for an experienced CNC Programmer - Miller to join their growing team.The roleA CNC Programmer - Miller is now required to programme, set and operate CNC milling machinery, predominantly using Heidenhain controls.You will work within an experienced machine shop producing a varied range of precision components, including larger work and small batch production.You will take responsibility for: Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls Producing precision components from engineering drawings and specifications Working across one-off and small batch machining requirements Setting tooling, workholding and machining parameters Inspecting completed components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality Identifying opportunities to improve machining methods, tooling and cycle times Working independently while supporting the ..... full job details .....
