Right now, we are looking for a Floating Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Criminal Justice - Mental Health accomodation in Brent, London Sounds great, what will I be doing? Empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing. As part of a team, you will support a staffing rota offering support to service users between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon-Sun each week. In collaboration with your team, you will actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users journey into independence. Moreover, you will take a solution focused and co-produced approach to supporting service users with their move-on into independent living. What do I need to bring with me?
