The Basics: Role: Production Operative Trainee Production Team Leader Location: Heanor Hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am to 4.00pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 1.00pm) (37.5hr) Salary: £13.38 per hour / £26,091 per annum + OT (Paid at x1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 Sun) = earnings of £30,000 and upwards achievable Once progressed to Team Leader this would rise to £13.68 per hour.
