They support individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential and to live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. About the role As a Team Leader you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance.
